![]() ![]() Residential buildings provide Viking population and copper coins. Players cannot trade cultural goods with other players. The building cost of each settlement building depends on the player's era and consists of resources from the main city: coins and supplies.Īll resources gained from the settlement, stay in the settlement. All other buildings become available by unlocking embassy advancements. The building menu consists of four types of buildings and an expansions window:Īt the start of the settlement, the player will have one of each type of building available in the building menu: the Shack, Axe Smith, Runestone and Snow Trail. I generally have 3-6 days still remaining by the time I finish my settlements.A list of all embassy advancements and their requirements can be found on the Vikings page. What you wrote, is a very generic work schedule, but it really depends on what production items are needed, and when, as to how you should proceed. If you have a town that has very few Axes required though-out the entire Settlement, you may want to increase Axe production so you have all the Axes you need, and then demolish them, making space for other buildings. Replacing shacks with huts is more important than opening the expansions after Mead is unlocked, since you can increase population and increase space, so you build a couple more shrinesĪlso, what is very important to watch the whole way through, is many goods do you need for the next 2 or 3 unlocks, because it may mean you should be building a 2nd Mead, or 2nd Horns, and generate enough resources to unlock 2 or even a 3rd tech all at once. ![]() I would disagree with a few things you have here.įirst off, the Production that opens 3 expansions should be Mead or Horn - it all depends on how much Mead is required to unlock the Hut and Beast Hunter. ![]()
